Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Waterfalon is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@waterfalon.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
